Ariel R. Deray focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a law clerk at a prominent law firm in South Florida, performing legal research and drafting motions and judicial orders for review. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffrey E. Streitfeld in the Complex Business Litigation Division at the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. As an intern, she conducted extensive research and analyzed case law, secondary sources, and legislative history concerning the preservation of errors for appeal.
While in law school, Ariel was a research and teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing course at Nova Southeastern University—Shepard Broad College of Law, where she taught first year students the foundations of legal writing.
