David J. Falcone
As a member of the Real Estate Practice, Dave Falcone concentrates his practice in land use and zoning approvals and commercial real estate transactions.
Dave has secured zoning and land development approvals for a wide variety of clients, including regional and local developers of residential housing, public schools, banks, retail stores, industrial sites, and national telecommunications providers. He regularly appears before municipal governing bodies, zoning hearing boards and planning commissions in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Most recently, Dave assisted in obtaining zoning and land development approvals in Radnor Township for the restoration of Louella House, an historic property in downtown Wayne, PA. For his efforts in that project, Dave received the 2013 William H. Bates Memorial Award for Innovative Land Development Award from the Delaware County Planning Commission.
Dave has also advised and negotiated on behalf of numerous clients on numerous real estate transactional matters such as acquisition, planned developments, easements, land conservation and financing and leasing. A substantial component of Dave’s transactional practice focuses on commercial leasing.
Dave is an elected School Board Director of Radnor Township and serves locally on the Board of Directors for the Center for Autism and is a member of the St. Joseph's Preparatory School Alumni Board of Governors.
