David Moses handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters, particularly concerning issues related to structured finance and the foreclosure process. His experience includes representing clients in commercial contract disputes, handling allegations of fraud, wrongful foreclosures, as well as advocating for clients in the financial services sector. He has also represented clients in white collar criminal matters.

Advised special committee of a publicly traded company in internal investigation concerning revenue recognition, accounting practices and corporate malfeasance in connection with SEC inquiry

Represented high net worth individual in federal court alleging fraudulent raiding of her credit line by her son-in-law and others through a RICO Enterprise
In addition to his bar admissions in New Jersey and New York, David is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the District of New Jersey. Before he was an attorney, David worked for Major League Baseball Advanced Media and has a background in sports journalism.
