Gillian A. Cooper

Gillian Cooper represents management in employment litigation and provides advice to businesses on employment law.  She has litigated cases in state and federal courts involving Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and related state statutory and common law causes of action. Gillian develops employee handbooks and policies across many industries including accommodation, harassment, vaccination and social media policies. Employers also look to her for advice on personnel actions, including drafting employment agreements and conducting internal investigations on various workplace matters.
