Malia K. Rogers

Malia Rogers is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving commercial litigation. Malia brings an understanding of business issues facing commercial clients from her previous work in marketing for a multinational e-commerce corporation and in business development for a private company that traded and distributed raw materials internationally.

While earning her J.D. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Malia was a summer associate at two law firms, including Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where she worked on matters related to labor and employment, real estate, environmental nuisances, insurance fraud and product liability cases. She also was an extern for a third private law firm where she gained exposure to legal issues involving franchises. In addition, Malia acted as student counsel in Villanova’s Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship where she researched volunteer liability issues for a non-profit and assisted an e-commerce startup, including drafting terms and conditions and privacy policy.
