Morgan N.G. Perna

Morgan N.G. Perna is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm’s Baltimore office. She maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on defending clients in complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, Morgan served as law clerk to the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. While in law school, Morgan clerked for an Annapolis, Maryland law firm, where she drafted memoranda and legal documents for real estate and labor and employment matters. Her work there involved deed disputes, real estate and business contracts, and time-sensitive requests from employers regarding discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, and disability and leave violations. She also gained experience with products liability, construction, and maritime issues during her position as a summer associate at a Baltimore, Maryland law firm.

In addition, Morgan completed internships with the Major Investigations Unit for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, Project HEAL at Kennedy Krieger Institute, and the Honorable Laura S. Kiessling of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. 

Morgan speaks French.
