Olufunke O. Fagbami
Funke Fagbami handles a variety of matters involving real estate, including both transactions and land use/development. Prior to joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, she was the Josiah Oliver Wolcott Fellow to Delaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland. She also was simultaneously the John F. Schmutz Corporate and Business Law Institute Fellow through the Institute of Delaware Corporate & Business Law.
While attending Widener University Delaware Law School, she was a summer associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where she drafted and prepared transactional documents as well as researched and analyzed legal issues across many practice areas, including matters relating to zoning and land issue, bonds and taxes and business organizations. She was also a judicial extern in the chambers of Magistrate Judge Christopher J. Burke of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and a legal intern for a solo practitioner.
