Paul Zelnick has significant experience in advising public and private company clients on capital raising transactions, SEC registration, SEC reports and taking companies public. Paul also has experience in defending financial industry professionals facing securities litigation claims, securities arbitration, NFA arbitration, and SEC enforcement matters. In addition, Paul has represented individuals and businesses in buying, selling, investing in or leasing commercial and residential properties.
Prior to working in the corporate/securities law arena, Paul worked as a series 3 licensed commodities representative who provided investment advice and traded commodity options and managed futures on behalf of retail investors. Paul also has significant litigation experience. He spent several years representing individuals and small businesses in civil matters involving: property/casualty insurance claims, mortgage foreclosure, claims under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Prior to attending law school, Paul was a securities litigation paralegal.
