Robyn F. Pollack

Robyn Pollack concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court workouts, corporate restructurings and commercial litigation. She represents numerous constituencies in this capacity, both in and out of bankruptcy, including debtors, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, trade creditors, liquidating trustees, landlords and contract parties.

Robyn is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and serves as the Secretary of the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA. In addition, she is the Vice Chair of the Steering Committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. Robyn is also an adjunct professor of law at Temple University's Beasley School of Law.
