Baltimore Emerging Company Roundtable Discussion – May 19, 2016
Are you forming a company and need help with taking the first steps? What is stock? Who should get it? Do you want to negotiate your own contracts, but need help understanding the basics? Have you ever wondered how find and hire an accountant, lawyer or consultant? If you have questions like these, come to our presentation on business law to learn about all of this and more.
The discussion will be held at the Technical Innovation Center located at 20140 Scholar Drive, Suite 321, Hagerstown, MD. Networking will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. The Roundtable sessions will immediately follow starting at 8:30 a.m. and last until 10:00 a.m. A light breakfast will be served.
The Emerging Company Roundtables are designed to facilitate discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Speakers will introduce valuable topics and generate conversations surrounding strategies to overcome business challenges and enhance the likelihood of success.
