Brossman to serve as faculty member for PBI seminar on entity transactions
May 4 and May 11, 2015

The procedures for mergers and other fundamental transactions in Pennsylvania have been completely rewritten.  Partner Eric Brossman will serve on the faculty for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s seminar, “The New Pennsylvania Law on Entity Transactions.”  This multi-day event will highlight the new law and help attorneys use it in their practices.

On May 4, Eric will present in Mechanicsburg on “Approval of entity transactions.”  His presentation will include discussion of interest holder liability, special treatment and protected agreements.  This session will be simulcast to 14 other PBI locations.

On May 11, Eric will speak in Philadelphia on the “Mergers” panel, covering plan of merger, approval, effective date and time, and effects of merger.
