Calo leads Delaware Restaurant Association Restaurant Industry Briefing
New Federal Overtime Regulations

The Delaware Restaurant Association and Saul Ewing LLP are co-hosting this restaurant industry briefing. The event, held at the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office at 1201 North Market Street in Suite 2300, will provide an update on the U.S. Department of Labor’s new overtime regulations. Dena Calo, partner and vice chair of Saul Ewing’s Labor and Employment Practice, will lead a workshop-style discussion to review wage and hour exemptions, tip credit errors, bonus issues and labor policies facing restaurant owners. The event begins with coffee and registration at 9:00 a.m. and the 90-minute presentation immediately follows.
