What To Do When the Government Comes Knocking
November 6, 2013

No one expects the government to investigate his or her business, yet it happens routinely in many industries. Government agents appear unannounced at offices, factories, work sites, and even the homes of employees to execute search warrants, serve subpoenas and conduct interviews. During this CLE* program, attorneys from the firm’s White Collar and Government Enforcement Practice, including Chair Christopher Hall, will walk business leaders through these scenarios and provide a playbook for how to respond.

The one-hour seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m. at Saul Ewing’s office in Philadelphia, located at Centre Square West, 1500 Market Street, 38th Floor. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. before the event.
