Executive Roundtable Series: Zoning Philadelphia's Future (Part 3)
Real Estate Practice hosts third in a series of roundtables on Philadelphia’s new zoning code
May 15, 2013

Please join us for an informative roundtable about developer services that are, or will soon be, available from the Philadelphia City Planning Commission. This is the third in a series of roundtable discussions about the zoning changes hosted by Saul Ewing’s Real Estate Practice.

The breakfast Roundtable will feature development executives and top City officials, including:

  • Alan Greenberger, Deputy Mayor for Economic Development
  • John Mondlak, Director of Real Estate Development, Commerce Department
  • Natalie Shieh, Deputy Chief of Staff to Alan Greenberger
  • Michael E. Fink, Deputy Commissioner for Development, Department of  L&I

Mr. Greenberger and his team will focus on the Developer Services they can provide to you and your projects, streamlining procedures so that you can get your permits and approvals in record time. They will also preview new City initiatives on the horizon that will further fast-track the development process, such as simultaneous review of Zoning and Building Permit applications, and electronic plan submissions.  Join us for a lively discussion.

The Roundtable will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in Saul Ewing’s Philadelphia Office, 1500 Market Street, Centre Square, 38th Floor, Philadelphia, PA. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m.
