Family Business Practice hosts 2nd “How They Did It” seminar
Shoe City CEO Ted Greenberg will discuss his experience running a 2nd generation family business
October 30, 2012
Due to severe weather conditions as a result of Hurricane Sandy, we are cancelling tomorrow’s How They Did It program featuring Ted Greenberg at the Towson Marriott Conference Center. We will reschedule the program at a later date. Thank you.

Attorneys in Saul Ewing’s Family Business Practice will offer the second session in their ongoing “How They Did It” series, featuring programs that highlight family business owners who have made it work and want to share their insights into How They Did It.

The session will feature a presentation from Ted Greenberg, CEO of ESCO Ltd., also known as Shoe City. For more than 60 years, Shoe City has been a family business that has grown, expanded, adapted and rebranded to meet the needs of the decade and its customers. It now has 30 retail locations across Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. Ted will share his experience and insight on the challenges and rewards of operating a second-generation family business in a retail setting.

The breakfast seminar will take place October 30, 2012 at the Marriot Towson, with registration & breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The program will follow at 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. For more information or to register for the seminar, please contact Mary Long at mlong@saul.com or 215.972.8442.
