Paul Heylman, Chair of Saul Ewing’s Ports and Maritime practice, will present at the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) Port Administration and Legal Issues Seminar on April 9 in New Orleans, La.  Paul’s presentation, “Terminal Productivity and Operations,” will cover several of the issues currently facing ports as they seek to increase terminal productivity and improve operations.  Topics include appointment systems, congestion pricing, truck turn times, chassis availability and chassis pools, rail congestion and grade crossings, provision of shore power, and licensing of LNG fuel facilities.
