Congratulations, you’ve found an investor or acquirer and agreed on a price! The hard part is over, right? Nope. Whether you’re raising money or selling your company, the pricing is just one aspect of the deal that needs to be negotiated. There are many other aspects of the deal that are critical, and some can (and should!) be deal killers.
