Three attorneys from Saul Ewing’s Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice will present this free CLE* webinar about how the Family and Medical Leave Act and the New Jersey Family Leave Act affect employers. Partner Catherine E. Walters and Associate Ruth A. Rauls will review related cases, provide tips and cover pitfalls, such as:
