Saul Ewing’s Emerging Companies Roundtable Discussion, May 1, 2014
Term sheets are the first agreements drafted when you embark on an investment transaction. While non-binding, a term sheet outlines the basic terms and conditions under which an investment will be made.
During this Emerging Company Roundtable Discussion, our thought leaders will discuss the most important points to consider in a term sheet and how to review a term sheet so you do not miss critical details that can influence your decision.
Our thought leaders are:
- Kyp Sirinakis, managing partner at Epidarex Capital, a leading early-stage life science venture capital fund;
- Chuck Cullen, a general partner and CFO of Grotech Ventures, a venture capital fund with a mission to invest early in high-potential technology companies; and
- Ken Malone, cofounder of Early Charm Ventures, a Baltimore-based investment and consulting firm that backs seed-stage technology commercialization.
The Emerging Company Roundtables are designed to facilitate candid and informative discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Participants will leave with strategies to overcome business challenges, avoid risk and enhance the likelihood of success.
The Roundtable Discussion will take place May 1, 2014 from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in Saul Ewing’s Baltimore office at 500 East Pratt Street in downtown Baltimore.
