Amanda DiChello will be a member of the faculty for this annual CLE program on behalf of the City of Philadelphia’s Solicitor’s office.  She will explore the mandatory and non-mandatory exercise of jurisdiction of the Orphans’ Court over cases in which cities, municipalities, and related entities are likely to appear as interested parties including, but not limited to, matters pertaining to the public trust doctrine, the Inalienable Property Act, the Donated or Dedicated Property Act, charitable trusts, and matters concerning the cy-pres doctrine.
