Bill Manning, co-chair of the firm’s Higher Education Practice and co-office managing partner of the Wilmington office, was a panelist for The Center for Education Reform’s 20th Anniversary Conference, Gala and Awards Show in Washington, D.C.

This panel discussion focused on how parents and other volunteers have used grassroots activism to push for school reform. Bill spoke about his role as a school board leader who partnered with Delaware’s governor to implement reforms, including the state’s charter school law.
