More Than Just A Lawyer: Pitfalls and Protections of In-House Counsel Privilege

Joe O’Dea, chair of Saul Ewing’s Commercial Litigation Practice, will give this presentation with Saleem S. Saab, general counsel-international of  Victaulic Company, during the DELVACCA In-House Counsel Conference at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel.  They will share real-world examples on when the in-house attorney-client privilege applies and how courts are viewing this privilege as well as discuss pitfalls for the unwary and best practices for operating safely in this challenging environment.
