Marshall B. Paul, a partner in the Business and Finance Department, was one of three panelists to participate in this ABA webinar, hosted by the LLCs, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Entities Committee, that covered reasons for resigning and/or withdrawing from LLCs and the rights and obligations of the resigning/withdrawing member.

More than 130 individuals logged on to the program.

The LLCs, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Entities Committee is a sub group of the ABA’s Business Law Section.
