Strober to speak at Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE course
Frederick D. Strober, a partner in the Real Estate and Construction practices, is on the faculty for this day-long CLE course on the process and legal issues facing real estate development projects from beginning to end.
The CLE will cover what makes a project successful and explore not only the “how” but the “who,” “what,” “where” and “why” for developing commercial real estate. Mr. Strober and other members of the faculty will cover the life-cycle of a development project from its inception through the contracts and agreements stages; and will also discuss how land use and public/private initiatives can work.
Attendees will receive 6 substantive CLE credits (no ethics). To learn more about the course and to register, please click here.
