William W. Warren, Jr., a partner in the Real Estate, Government Contracts and Construction practices, and Cory S. Winter, an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Construction practices, each presented at the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) Solicitor’s Conference.

In his presentation on public private partnerships, Warren discussed the potential utility of public-private partnerships (P3’s) and collaboration. In his talk on construction and procurement, he covered recent developments and best practices for construction and technology, as well as the problems solicitors frequently encounter.

Winter’s presentation focused on electronic signatures and the Pennsylvania Electronic Transaction Act, which confers the same legal status of electronic signatures to their paper counterparts.

The conference took place in CCAP’s Harrisburg office.
