The Religious Land Use practice counsels its private and government clients on all aspects of Religious Land Use freedoms and protections, including application and enforcement of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), Florida Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), and the protection and enforcement of related Constitutional and Civil Rights.
