Judith Grubner (Advertising and Patent Law ) – a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focusing on intellectual property law. Ms. Grubner has concentrated her practice on intellectual property, business and litigation. She currently practices in trademarks, copyrights, advertising, unfair competition, domain name disputes, and sweepstakes, contests and game promotions law.

Allan Goldberg (Real Estate Law) - a partner in the firm’s Chicago office concentrating on the real estate area, focusing on real estate development, real estate litigation, condominium and community association law, lender representation, directors and officers liability defense litigation, and affordable housing matters on behalf of for profit and nonprofit developers and condominium converters.

Doug Kniskern (Trusts and Estates) – a partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Kniskern has been practicing law in South Florida for more than 34 years, concentrating in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust controversies, estate and trust taxation, wealth preservation and business succession planning.

Raymond  Werner (Real Estate Law) –  a partner in the Chicago office and chairman of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Werner’s practice covers a broad spectrum of activities in the real estate area, including the representation of purchasers, owners, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in connection with all types of properties, ranging from mixed use hotel/office developments and retail properties to vacant land transactions.
