Attorney & Lehr LLP Fort Lauderdale partner Michael Denberg was quoted in the Law360 article, “4 Issues That Defined Real Estate in 2015.” The article examines four issues that helped define the real estate market in 2015: Affordable Housing, Multifamily Investment,  Foreign Investment and The EB-5 Debate.
