Arnstein & Lehr Partner David Sugar Speaks at Wintrust Condo Association Seminar
June 16, 2017

Arnstein & Lehr LLP Chicago partner David Sugar was a featured presenter at a Condo Association Seminar on June 13, which was sponsored by Wintrust Bank. Mr. Sugar’s presentation, “Issues Facing Condominium Associations,” focused on the topics of emotional support animals and short-term rentals. Specifically, he discussed:

  • Emotional support animals in condominium associations that don’t allow pets or limit the size of pets.
  • The challenge short term rentals present to condominium associations.

Mr. Sugar explained both the details and effects of the issues. Most importantly, he answered real questions and addressed concerns that the attendees are facing now, and those they may have to deal with in the future.

Given Wintrust Bank’s mission, the Condo Association Seminar was an excellent offering for their attendees, and Mr. Sugar’s experience ensured that the audience received the information they needed. Wintrust is dedicated to the unique neighborhoods they serve. They are banks that invest in, give back to, and get to really know the communities and the people living in them.
