Arnstein & Lehr Partners Acquire University of Chicago Certificate of Need Victory

Arnstein & Lehr LLP partners Joe Ourth and Karen Harris represented the University of Chicago Medical Center in its award of a $269 million Certificate of Need. The project will create the only Level I Trauma Center on the South Side of the City of Chicago and establish 188 new hospital beds for new specialty care, including a new cancer hospital. The project received wide media coverage in the Chicago Tribune, Crain’s and other media outlets.
