Judith Grubner participates in IIT-Kent College of Law Gastro-IP symposium
On November 7, Arnstein & Lehr Chicago Partner Judith Grubner participated in the IIT-Kent College of Law Gastro-IP Symposium. She served as a panel member in a discussion about the effect of the Cuban Embargo on U.S. trademark law and what might happen if the embargo is lifted. Over 50 law students and local attorneys attended the discussion. The symposium was sponsored by the Kent Intellectual Property Law Society and several other organizations. The moderator was Professor Chris Buccafusco. Other panelists included Joseph Schmidt of Shefsky & Froelich and Argentinean attorney Mariano Municoy of Moeller IP Advisors.
