Jeff Letwin, special counsel in Saul Ewing’s Business and Finance Practice, is quoted in this article in The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette regarding the Pittsburgh Port Authority’s plans to roll out a cashless system for the city’s public transportation systems. The article notes that after requests from transit advocates asking the authority to delay the new system until enforcement procedures are set and publicized, authority board members have decided to delay the implementation of the cashless system. Jeff serves as the board’s Chairman.
