March 20, 2015

Circuit awarded a victory to Saul Ewing client Transco, which will allow its $607 million pipeline expansion project in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to move forward.  Environmentalists had been granted a petition to stay tree feeling associated with the project, but the court found that they had not satisfied the requirements to extend the stay.
