Saul Ewing Further Strengthens Its Business Transactions Practices with the Addition of Robert A. Mascioli in Pennsylvania

Saul Ewing LLP, a full service law firm with more than 270 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, announced today that Robert A. Mascioli has joined the firm as a partner in the Private Equity/Venture Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions Practices. He will be resident in the firm’s Chesterbrook office.

For nearly 20 years, Mr. Mascioli has counseled entrepreneurs, family businesses and middle-market companies on a wide variety of business matters. He provides business and transactional representation to clients within industries such as technology and information technology, software and services, industrial services and distribution, venture capital/private equity, health care, and engineering and professional services.

Drawing on his past roles as an investment banker and the director of a university-based center for entrepreneurship, Mr. Mascioli has a diverse set of skills to help clients with mergers and acquisitions, angel, venture and private equity investments, board and shareholder relations, technology licensing, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, and business formation and structuring.

Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Mr. Mascioli was a shareholder with the law firm McCausland Keen & Buckman in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mascioli earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
