Saul Ewing Further Strengthens Litigation Practice with the Addition of Elizabeth S. Fenton
Saul Ewing LLP, a full service law firm with more than 265 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, today announced that Elizabeth S. Fenton has joined the firm as a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice. She will practice out of the firm’s Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA offices.
Ms. Fenton brings to Saul Ewing deep experience in cases involving business torts, joint venture dissolutions and corporate governance disputes. She represents businesses before federal and state courts, as well as government agencies such as the Department of Justice, the SEC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. Ms. Fenton has handled Sherman Act, False Claims Act, Delaware General Corporation Law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and fair lending issues. She also has experience with multiple state and federal statutes such as the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
Additionally, Ms. Fenton brings significant experience to the firm in the area of electronic discovery as she has used legal project management tools to oversee large document reviews, monitor document preservation and litigation holds, and resolve cross-border e-discovery issues.

Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Ms. Fenton was a partner at Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry. Previously, she was a partner in the Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA offices of Reed Smith where she led the commercial litigation group in Wilmington. She is admitted to practice in Delaware, Georgia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Fenton earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998, and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Brown University in 1995.
