Saul Ewing LLP Elects Five Attorneys to Partnership

Seven Attorneys Promoted to Special Counsel

(Philadelphia, Pa. - January 5, 2015)

Saul Ewing LLP, a full service law firm with more than 270 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, announced today that it has elected five attorneys to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2015:

  • Ryan L. DiClemente, an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice, resident in the Princeton, NJ office. Mr. DiClemente’s strong litigation skills, particularly in the consumer finance area, and his ability to develop cost-effective litigation strategies that achieve clients’ objectives have contributed to the ongoing success of the firm’s Princeton office and New Jersey litigation practice.
  • David J. Falcone, Special Counsel in the Real Estate Practice, resident in the Chesterbrook, PA office.  Mr. Falcone’s strengths in both land use and transactional matters make him the natural choice for clients undertaking development projects or managing their real estate portfolios. With strong community and industry contacts, Mr. Falcone is poised to be one of the leaders of the firm’s next generation of real estate lawyers in, and beyond, the greater Philadelphia region.
  • Evan J. Foster, Special Counsel in the Business and Finance Practice, resident in the Chesterbrook, PA office.  Mr. Foster’s extensive knowledge and understanding of technology make him highly sought-after for clients involved in technology transactions, data protection and information systems-related needs.
  • Joshua S. Pasker, an Associate in the firm’s nationally-recognized Public Finance Practice, resident in the Philadelphia, PA office. Mr. Pasker’s ability to advise borrowers, issuers and underwriters on a wide range of public finance matters, including tax laws and post issuance compliance procedures relating to tax-exempt bonds, led to his election as President of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers.
  • Joshua W.B. Richards, an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice, resident in the Philadelphia, PA office.  Mr. Richards is an integral member of the Higher Education Practice due to his strong background in representing colleges and universities in litigation, compliance and government investigations in matters involving Title IX and other federal statutes.

“Each of our new partners demonstrates excellence, a superior dedication to client service and a deep loyalty to the firm and its culture,” said Managing Partner Barry F. Levin.  “Individually and collectively, these lawyers are an essential part of the future of Saul Ewing. We welcome them to the firm’s partnership and look forward to their continued success.”
