Six Attorneys Promoted to Special Counsel

Saul Ewing LLP, a full service law firm with more than 270 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, today announced that it has elected six attorneys to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2016:

Jacqueline A. Brooks, a member of the Private Equity & Venture Capital and Technology and Manufacturing Practices, resident in the Baltimore, Md. office.  Ms. Brooks’ strong transactional skills and niche experience in complex commercial lending transactions and REIT representations have been invaluable to firm clients.

Amanda K. DiChello, Co-Chair of the Private Client and Business Services Practice, resident in the Philadelphia, Pa. office.  Ms. DiChello has strong substantive experience in complex trusts and estates planning, counseling, and in particular, litigation.  She is well-known in the Philadelphia trusts and estates legal community.

Frederic M. Garsson, a member of the Insurance Practice, resident in the Newark, N.J. office.  Mr. Garsson’s state, national and international insurance regulatory experience has made him the “go-to” practitioner in these specialized areas.  He is actively involved in the NAIC and Federation of Regulatory Counsel.

Ruth A. Rauls, a member of the Labor & Employment Practice, resident in the Princeton, N.J. office.  Ms. Rauls is relied upon by colleagues and clients firm-wide for New York and New Jersey litigation matters, with significant employment litigation experience and strong trial advocacy skills.  

Andrew H. Segall, a member of the Business and Finance Practice, resident in the Baltimore, Md. office.  Mr. Segall has strong corporate transactional skills and experience representing REITs, and is an active member of the Baltimore business and legal community.

Caitlin P. Strauss, a member of the Labor & Employment Practice, resident in the Philadelphia, Pa. office.  Ms. Strauss is known for her strong litigation skills with niche experience in employment disputes and securities arbitration matters.  She has been a leader of the firm’s Women’ Development Initiative for many years.

  • Michael Rowan, a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice, resident in the Princeton, N.J. office;
  • Indira K. Sharma, a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice, resident in the Baltimore, Md. office; and
  • Sarah A. Sullivan, a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice, resident in the Newark, N.J. office.
