Saul Ewing Partner Eric G. Orlinsky Elected President of ACG Maryland
Saul Ewing LLP, a full-service law firm with more than 270 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, today announced that Eric G. Orlinsky, a partner in the Baltimore office, has been elected President of the Maryland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He will serve a one-year term.
ACG Maryland’s 160+ members are the investors, owners, executives, lenders and advisers to the area’s fastest-growing middle-market companies. ACG Maryland is a chapter of ACG, a global organization, founded in 1954 with 59 chapters and over 14,500 members. The Maryland Chapter has been operating for over 30 years. Mr. Orlinsky has previously served as a member of both the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, as well as Programs Committee Chair.
At Saul Ewing, Mr. Orlinsky is Chair of the Private Equity/Venture Capital Practice. He concentrates his practice in general business and securities law and counsels clients in private equity and venture capital investments, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of businesses. He also provides general counsel to public and private companies regarding corporate matters.
Mr. Orlinsky earned his J.D., with honors, from University of Maryland School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
