April Doss, partner and chair of Saul Ewing’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice, authored this article which describes the role the National Security Administration plays in Executive Order 12333. In the article April notes that, while it is unclear what effects a Trump administration will have on the intelligence community, she feels confident in the NSA’s commitment to constitutional policies and civil liberties and trusts that the agency will inhibit the execution of unlawful orders.
