Abbigail E. Webb has extensive commercial litigation experience, having practiced in the Circuit Courts of more than 21 counties across the state of Florida. Her practice involves business disputes; contract disputes; defense and prosecution of garnishments; defense of federal claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act; financial instrument litigation, including defense and prosecution of guarantees; franchise litigation; and real estate litigation, including quiet title actions, equitable subrogation claims, and commercial foreclosures. She has a strong focus representing clients in the consumer financial services industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Abbigail represented the nation’s largest financial institutions in offensive and defensive banking litigation and mortgage servicing litigation, including the defense of lender liability claims, complex foreclosure, contested homeowner and condominium association actions, title disputes, violations of state and federal banking and lending laws, tort claims, enforcement of financial instruments, and related real property matters.
In addition to her state bar admission, Abbigail is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
