Allan Goldberg

Allan Goldberg’s practice is focused on real estate development, real estate litigation, condominium and community association law, lender representation, D&O liability defense litigation, and affordable housing matters on behalf of for-profit and nonprofit developers and condominium converters. He has handled a wide range of issues on behalf of more than 500 condominium and other community associations. In the area of lender representation, Allan is experienced in counseling major financial institutions with the structuring and implementation of complex commercial loan facilities, debt workouts, and restructurings. He also has served as an adjunct professor of law for the LLM Real Estate Law Program of John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Allan has lectured on a broad range of real estate issues for the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the CBA’s Continuing Legal Education Series, and is a regular speaker for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (“IICLE”). He is also a frequent speaker on current developments in condominium law.
