David J. Falcone

Dave Falcone is a partner in the Real Estate Department and concentrates his practice in leasing, commercial real estate transactions, condominium formation and governance, acquisition and disposition matters and land use and zoning approvals.    

Dave has advised a wide range of clients from local land owners and developers to publicly traded REITS. Notably, he has represented several national REITs with large regional office portfolios with regard to leasing and transactional matters. 

Dave also routinely appears before municipal governing bodies, zoning hearing boards and planning commissions in southeastern Pennsylvania and has secured zoning and land development approvals for a wide variety of clients, including regional and local developers of residential housing, public schools, banks, retail stores, industrial sites, and national telecommunications providers.  Most recently, Dave represented a developer obtaining zoning and land development approvals for a mixed use transit oriented development in Paoli, Pennsylvania.

In addition, Dave has extensive experience in condominium and planned community areas.  Dave regularly advises clients on the formation and governance of such communities.

Dave lectures on a variety of topics including, most recently, office trends, leasing issues and commercial loan transactions.
