Fran Roggenbaum concentrates her practice on the corporate, transactional and regulatory aspects of the insurance industry. She provides regulatory advice to insurance company clients, and assistance to businesses in self-insurance and risk management strategies, both in Pennsylvania and nationally.

Fran has extensive experience working on multi-state regulatory issues for insurers, reinsurers, alternative risk entities, insurance producers and other insurance intermediaries, including licensing requirements, coverage mandates and filings, investment limitations, and transactional, governance and financial reporting.  Fran also handles matters related to InsurTech, including advising insurance companies on regulatory and transactional issues involved in adopting new technologies and advising InsurTech startups with regulatory compliance and agreements.

She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Structured Settlement Consultant.

Fran has lectured on insurance law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Insurance Society of Philadelphia, the Central PA Chapter CPCU, Central PA I-Day and various clients on developments affecting insurance companies and insurance-related regulatory issues and trends in the insurance marketplace.
