Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Robin handles matters ranging from contractual interpretation and allocation of losses to the duty of utmost good faith and the obligations of a reinsurer to follow the fortunes of a cedent. She also has experience with cases involving rate guarantees, third-party commutation obligations and fraud. Her insurance experience includes disputes involving CGL, D&O, and other professional lines. Her reinsurance experience includes cases focusing on contracts involving life, accident and health, and property casualty coverage.

In addition to handling litigation, Robin counsels insurers and reinsurers on contract wording, emerging risks, long-term care contracts, access to records, privilege within a reinsurance relationship, and cyber-risks.
