Wilmington (November 19, 2024) – Saul Ewing LLP announced today that Pamela J. Scott, Partner in the firm’s Wilmington office, has been appointed by Delaware Governor John Carney to serve on the Affordable Housing Production Task Force. The Task Force was established via House Bill 442 to make recommendations on how the State and local governments can increase the supply of housing that is affordable to households across the income spectrum.
Pamela’s land use planning experience includes helping commercial, industrial and institutional clients navigate land use and zoning issues for real estate projects involving the intersection of administrative law and government relations
