Saul Ewing LLP Elects Partners Colleen A. Foley and Amy S. Kline to Executive Committee

Saul Ewing LLP announced today that it has elected partners Colleen A. Foley and Amy S. Kline to the Firm’s nine-member Executive Committee. Ms. Foley will serve a four-year term, effective immediately. Ms. Kline will serve a five-year term, beginning on January 21, 2023 upon the expiration of partner Kathryn Doyle’s term.

Ms. Foley’s practice focuses upon a wide range of regulatory matters for public utilities and energy companies, including representing clients in nearly every major utility merger in New Jersey over the last 20 years. She previously served as a Vice Chair of the former Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Department. Ms. Foley currently serves as Vice Chair of the firm’s Energy Industry Group, Chair of its Associate Evaluation Committee and member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Ms. Kline is a commercial litigator whose practice is focused on the representation of insurers and reinsurers in complex civil litigation. She has extensive trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts, as well as before private arbitration panels. Ms. Kline currently serves as a Vice Chair of the Litigation Department, Co-Chair of the Insurance Practice and Vice Chair of the Associate Evaluation Committee.

Ms. Foley earned her J.D., with honors, from Seton Hall University School, and her undergraduate degree from State University of New York, Plattsburgh. Ms. Kline earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, summa cum laude, and her undergraduate degree with distinction from Boston University, cum laude.
