His experience and effective communication skills make him a valuable asset in driving strategic change and building alliances that enhance the delivery of seamless legal services to the firm’s clients.
In his previous role as chief information officer for another law firm, Eric spearheaded several firmwide initiatives. These included transitioning to a virtual phone system, implementing a cloud-based document management system (DMS), migrating two operating system updates, and developing a financial analytics and reporting system. Additionally, he managed multiple departments including Information Technology and Security, Litigation Support, Knowledge Management, New Business Intake and Conflicts, Records, Project Management, and Docketing.
