Kelly Breslin Enache is Saul Ewing's Chief Strategic Operations Officer. Collaborating closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee leadership, Kelly is instrumental in shaping and executing the firm’s strategic vision. Three departments – Marketing, Practice Management and Knowledge Management – are unified under her leadership, reflecting her talent for fostering collaboration to drive the execution of strategic goals. Kelly also serves a lead role in advancing cross-functional firmwide priorities. By harnessing the diverse perspectives of numerous business professionals, she combines their strengths to optimize firm operations, fuel growth and innovation, and deliver value to clients.
A former practicing attorney, Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in law firm strategic planning and leadership. Her tenure has been marked by her development of a forward-thinking and collaborative Marketing Team that supports client growth and development as well as public relations, communications and event management. Kelly strategically leads the development and growth of the Practice Management team, focusing on operational efficiency, process improvement, and meaningful support for Saul Ewing's practice and industry groups, ensuring alignment with the firm’s broader goals. Additionally, Kelly is playing a pivotal role in launching the firm’s Knowledge Management team, which drives innovation through the development of new technologies, processes, and tools that enhance decision-making and improve firm efficiency. She is also guiding the firm to reimagine the library function into a modern Competitive Intelligence and Research Services team, further strengthening the firm’s ability to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
Beyond her contributions within the firm, Kelly is an accomplished speaker and law school guest lecturer, sharing her insights on the business of law, personal career development, overcoming adversity and leadership. In recognition of her commitment to nurturing business professionals across the firm, Kelly was honored as Mentor of the Year by Saul Ewing in 2020. She has also been a longstanding member of the Legal Marketing Association through which she co-founded Philadelphia's Chief Marketing Officer Special Interest Group and was recognized as a Distinguished Member in 2019.
