Martin Doyle concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, finance, and leasing. Martin has represented clients in transactions involving a wide array of property categories, including office, shopping center, retail, industrial and light industrial, medical office buildings (MOBs), convenience stores (C-stores), multi-family, self-storage, hotel, and assisted living. Martin has significant experience in managing large, multi-site, multi-jurisdictional sales and financings. He also frequently serves as local Pennsylvania and New Jersey counsel to out-of-state law firms on such matters, often coordinating with attorneys in other Saul Ewing offices in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware and Massachusetts.

Prior to his legal career, Martin was a loan officer at a money-center bank, serving Fortune 1000 companies in various markets around the country.
