Primary Office
Sarah Nichols is a member of the Transactional Department in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She maintains a general corporate practice and assists with a variety of deals.
While earning her J.D. at University of Richmond School of Law, Sarah was a legal innovation fellow for law firm, as well as a legal intern for a mortgage and realty services company. She also interned for Tarrant County government, including roles with the Office of the Judicial Staff Counsel and the Criminal Court Administration.
